Your Role as a Driver
As a Maul driver, you’re not just behind the wheel – you are the face of the company.
Our clients should feel warmth, professionalism, and smooth service from start to finish.
Main tasks:
Pick up orders from restaurants at 10:40 and bring them to Maul. Always be on time.
Put the food/boxes under the correct restaurant sign.
Use heating gels in every box. Two gels in big boxes. This helps us deliver the food in correct temperature and is very important.
Use the Detrack app responsibly.
Always do Head to location when you leave Maul HQ.
Always mark the jobs Completed when you have delivered.
Respond to customers politely and professionally.
Keep your vehicle clean and tidy. Sanitize the steering wheel and the car at least once a week.
Maul supplies sanitizer and cloth to do so.
Dress neatly and appropriately.
Work closely with the distribution team and follow delivery schedules in the app.
Ask the distribution team if you’re unsure about your route.
Check your shifts in Sling.
Notify the team in advance if you can’t make it to work.
Make the Maul brand visible at all times – e.g., ensure boxes on tables face the right way so people can see the logo.
