I didn't like the food! What can I do?

We recommend that you use the feedback system on the "Your orders" page. Feedbacks are sent to the restaurants anonymously. The restaurant will then contact us if they want to respond, and we forward the responses. In some cases, we follow up for a response from the restaurant. We strive to keep our customers happy and satisfied and look at each feedback with that goal in mind.

If we are unable to send you another meal, we can offer you to go to one of our partner restaurants in your neighborhood and choose a meal and drink at the expense of Maul. If your workplace has more than one delivery locations, you can switch between them after you log in. You will find this option under "settings". Please note that this is only possible until 4pm the day before delivery. If you would like to change your default location, please contact us at maul@maul.is and we will do it for you.

We are small company and the delivery fees are quite high

Can have different menu than my coworkers?

If you are a foodie we recommend that you convince your coworkers to get the Deluxe menu, that will increase your possibilities, but you and your coworkers will all have the same menu.

It is because we have not opened for orders! We publish a new Menu at 10:15 on Thursday mornings. You can be sure not to miss it by turning on the notifications under settings”.

You can customize the menu by choosing what you want to "focus on" in the menu controls. It is located at the top of the Menu on the Menu page. Note that this only works when you are on the deluxe menu.

What's the difference between menu and diet?

Now you can change the focus of your menu by selecting different options in the drop down menu on the menu page. You can still set your diet preference in "settings". Your preference will filter out dishes not suitable to your selected diet. Keep your diet settings on "omnivore" for the maximum variety.

Why can't I just see all available dishes?

We unfortunately need to control on how many orders our restaurants get. We deliver more than 1600 dishes each day, we need to make sure our restaurants get orders suited to their capacity.
