Olifa La Madre Pizza is the brainchild of the couple Ása María Reginsdóttir and Emil Hallfreðsson, the well-known footballer, and they have lived in Italy for the past 15 years where Emil has played football. The Olifa journey began in their kitchen in Italy when they founded the Olifa company and began importing Italian origin-certified extra virgin olive oils and other high-quality origin-certified products under the Olifa brand. Now this journey has borne new fruit in the Pala pizzas at Olifa La Madre Pizza.
