Our fish is premium cod from the clean sea off Iceland, prepared exactly as British tradition prescribes in a food truck designed in Iceland but built in Britain. The fish & chips truck has a permanent location in West Bay at Reykjavík Harbour, but it sometimes moves around the city when the occasion arises.
